The Spirituality & Sovereignty of an Awakened Soul

A confessional for the seekers who rewrite what healing should look like, rewrite the rituals, and sparkle in their own frequency.

A woman in a white dress kneels in a forest, holding a glowing object. The scene is serene and mysterious, surrounded by trees and leaves.

I remember training in Reiki many moons ago. I loved the tradition, but I also wanted to write my own rules.

Healing, for me, had to feel true.

Today, my healing is quiet, unique, and transformative. There are so many “shoulds” in spiritual spaces. But what matters is being of service in a way that’s aligned with your truth.

Here’s how my spirituality and sovereignty show up:

  • I’m spiritual, but I don’t need to heal everything. I’m okay living while healing.

  • I’m spiritual, but I cut people off if they betray me. My boundaries are sacred.

  • I’m spiritual, but I love luxury, cashmere, candles, velvet journals, gold-edged tarot cards.

  • I’m spiritual, but I prefer solo rituals and sacred silence.

  • I’m spiritual, but I escape into 700-page romantasy novels at 3am.

  • I’m spiritual, but I question everything, Source, signs, systems. Who decided healing must be painful?

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Sovereignty means choosing what works now, not what worked 10 years ago. My rituals evolve with me. I rewrite the rules. I walk my own path as an awakened soul. I honour what works now.

You’re allowed to be spiritual and sovereign. You’re allowed to rewrite the rituals and reclaim your frequency.
